How do I connect TikTok?
Open the unique campaign invitation from the participating brand, accept the invitation, and select Connect TikTok. Authorization takes place on TikTok's official website.
Does RoadMeet receive my TikTok password?
No. RoadMeet never asks for or receives your TikTok password.
How do I revoke access?
Open TikTok account settings, review connected apps, and remove RoadMeet Creator Tracker. RoadMeet will no longer be able to synchronize new data.
How can I request data deletion?
Email support@roadmeetapp.com from the address used for your campaign invitation. Include the campaign name and connected platform. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
Why can I not connect my account?
Confirm that you are using the TikTok account invited as a test user during Sandbox testing, or contact the participating brand for assistance.
