Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: June 27, 2026

Please read this document carefully. By using the service or authorizing a social account, you acknowledge the applicable terms.

1. About the service

RoadMeet Creator Tracker (“RoadMeet” or the “Service”) is an invitation-only account authorization and campaign measurement service for brands and participating creators. Brand users create campaigns and invite creators. Creators may connect accounts they control through the official authorization pages provided by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other supported platforms.

RoadMeet accesses only the account profile, published content, publication time, view counts, and other performance data permitted by the creator and the relevant platform. RoadMeet does not request or store social platform passwords.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and authority to act for the relevant brand, organization, or creator account. You are responsible for accurate information and for protecting login credentials, invitation links, and connected accounts.

3. Platform authorization

When you connect a third-party platform, authorization takes place on that platform’s official page. Access scope, available data, token duration, and revocation are also governed by that platform’s terms. You may decline or revoke authorization; related synchronization will then stop.

4. Campaign measurement

Invited creators permit RoadMeet to use authorized account and content data for identity verification, campaign display, performance measurement, snapshots, reporting, and settlement support. Brand users may access data only for campaigns they are authorized to manage.

Platform metrics may be delayed, adjusted, unavailable, or defined differently over time. RoadMeet data is provided for campaign management and does not guarantee payment amounts or commercial outcomes.

5. Acceptable use

You may not connect accounts you do not control, impersonate another person, bypass authorization, disrupt the Service, access data without permission, resell authorization data, upload malicious code, or use the Service for fraud, infringement, harassment, or unlawful monitoring.

6. Intellectual property

RoadMeet software, interfaces, trademarks, and related materials belong to their respective owners. Creators retain rights in their accounts and original content and grant RoadMeet only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to provide the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party APIs and cloud infrastructure. Platform changes to permissions, interfaces, metrics, quotas, or availability may change or interrupt parts of the Service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” RoadMeet is not responsible for third-party platform conduct, user content, or separate commercial agreements between brands and creators. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination and changes

You may stop using the Service and revoke platform authorization. We may restrict access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms for product, legal, or platform changes and will publish the new effective date here.

10. Contact
